Hey look I made a bracelet yay
It’s super easy, here’s a free beginner pattern:
String an appropriate amount of beads on size 10 crochet thread, I usually put on way more than I need just in case! In this instance I used 18 beads, but I strung about 30 just in case I needed to use more. You can’t add them later.
Now chain (in multiples of two) however many chains it takes to go around your wrist, plus two. In this case, for a 7 3/4” -8” bangle style bracelet, I chained 38. (You can add or remove stitches in multiples of two to make an anklet or a choker as well.)
Row 1: Single crochet in the first two stitches. Pull up a bead and single crochet in two additional stitches. That is: SC in 2 CH, pull up a bead, SC in 2 CH all the way around.
At the end you should have two empty chains, just as you did at the beginning. If you have extra beads, just ignore them. You don’t need them right now.
To Finish: Make certain the bracelet will lie flat. Put both ends together. Slip stitch in the final stitch of both ends, crocheting them together. Crochet one single crochet stitch in the same SC.
Weave in ends.
